Day wise tour itinerary

Day 01
Day 01 : : Bangalore

When you arrive at the Bangalore railway station/airport, our company representative will meet you there. He will accompany you to the hotel and help you check-in. He will then hand over the welcome kit to you and explain the itinerary. In the afternoon, you will be taken on a local tour of Bangalore.

Bangalore is now known as Bengaluru and was built by King Kempegowda. The city is filled with many places of interest like the Lalbagh, Cubbon Park, Tipu’s Fort, Art Gallery, Government museum, Bull Temple, Ulsoor tank, Viswesvaraya museum, aquarium, Gavipuram Cave Temple, etc. In the evening, shopping can be done in the Commercial Street, MG Road, and the Brigade Road. You can visit the Forum Mall, Mantri Mall. Garuda Mall, etc. where you can shop for international brands. You will then return to hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 02
Day 02 : : Bangalore – Coorg

Breakfast will be followed by a cab drive to Coorg. On your way to Coorg, you will visit Srirangapatna and Mysore. You will reach Coorg in the evening and will check-in and stay overnight at the hotel.

Day 03
Day 03 : : Coorg

You will breakfast early and then proceed to Coorg and nearby places for a full-day tour. Coorg was previously known asMercara and is the capital of theKodaguin Karnataka. You will see an interesting landscape in Kodagu. Its inhabitants are known as the Kodabasand are a race of soldiers. The local tour of Coorg will include the Raja’s Site, Omkareshwara temple, Tibetan colony, Dubare Forest, Nisargadhama, Veera Bhumi, Talakaveri, and Bhagamandala.Talakaveri is located 35 KMs away from Coorg via Bhagamandala. It got its name as Talakaveribecause the Cauvery River has its source there. You will return to the hotel in the evening and stay overnight.

Day 04
Day 04 : : Coorg – Kabini (Nagarahole)

In the morning after your breakfast, you will drive to Kabini and check-in to the jungle resort. You will then proceed for a tour at the Nagarhole Wildlife Sanctuary.Kabini has got its name from the beautiful Kabini River which flows joyfully through the amazing region, thus giving it the name Nagarhole. Nagar is the word for snake and hole meant a river. Mysore Maharajas used it as their hunting ground in the olden days.In this sanctuary, you will find bison, elephants, foxes, panthers, tigers, and deer. Numerous reptiles as well as fascinating birds can be also seen here. In the evening, you will return to the resort and stay overnight at the jungle resort.

Day 05
Day 05 : : Kabini – Bandipur

A drive after the breakfast will take you to Bandipur. On arriving there, you will check-in to the resort. The Bandipur Wildlife Sanctuary is located 80Kms far from Mysore. The sanctuary is located in the beautiful Niligiri Hills. It was the venue for the 1973 ‘Tiger Project’ by WWF by the name of ‘Venugopala Tiger Project’. You will go for a jungle safari in the afternoon and spend your night at the resort.

Day 06
Day 06 : : Bandipur – Mudumalai

You will have your breakfast at the resort and will then drive to Mudumalai. You will check-in there at the jungle resort. The Mudumalai Wildlife Sanctuary is the most popular in Tamil Nadu. The thick Mudumalai forest is the border for the Wayanad Sanctuary, Kerala and the Bandipur National Park, Karnataka.Mudumalai forest houses wild boars, spotted deer, tiger, barking deer, bison, civet cat, jackal, leopard, panther, etc. You will have the evening at your leisure and will spend the night at the resort.

Day 07
Day 07 : : Mysore – Ooty

After your breakfast in the morning at 8 AM, you will travel to Ooty. Known as the ‘Queen of Hill Stations’, Ooty is situated in the Nilgiris, the meeting point of the Eastern and the Western Ghats. On your way to Ooty, you will see the Mudumalai Forest and the Bandipur forest. On arriving in Ooty, you will check-in to the resort. The evening will bring a boat ride in the Ooty Lake and you can go shopping at the Bazar Street. You will have an overnight stay at the resort.

Day 08
Day 08 : : Ooty (Local tour) – Connor – Ooty

After a delicious breakfast at the resort, you will be taken for an excursion to Coonoor in a fun-filled toy train. Coonoor is located 17kms away from Ooty. Sim’s Park is the main attraction in Ooty. You will also see the Dolphin’s Nose, Wellington, etc. You will then return to the resort in Ooty. In the afternoon, a local tour of Ooty will bring you to the Botanical Garden. The well-maintained green carpets of the lawns are a relaxing sight to the visitors. The Mini Garden is known as Children’s Lake Garden and is located on the way to Boat House. Then you will visit the Rose Garden, Government Museum, Art Gallery, View Point, Wenlock Downs, etc. You will come back to the resort for an overnight stay.

Day 09
Day 09 : : Ooty– Bangalore/Coimbatore

You will be transferred to the airport for your return journey back home, taking South India in your memories forever.
